Looking at this result from the perspective of all the challenges we faced with our clients, I consider it great! For us, as well as for other companies, it was a time of great changes and effort, but we tried to use it wisely. The number of clients served by the agency remained at the same level  difference while the revenue per client increased. Working in a new reality Before the pandemic, some people in our team worked exclusively remotely, but most of them stayed in our office in the center of Katowice every day.

We want remote work to stay with us permanently, but in a mixed mode , in which working from home is the dominant element. We do not intend to give up the office. Communication between people is a key element for an agency like ours, especially in remote work. Thats why weve been working on it together as a team for many months. Changing the way of working also requires all of us to better plan our duties, engage and trust each other. I have the impression that the entire team passed this exam with flying colors. Even though we often work separately on a daily basis, we are closer to each other and can, in a sense, appreciate the company we have together in the office more. Me and my partner Robert are very grateful to each member of our team for this year full of sacrifices and challenges.
