Broadcasting Council wrote in its annual report last year.At the end of , a total of five teleshopping programs were licensed in the Czech Republic Klenot TV, Šlágr TV, Šlágr , ABC TV and Galerie. In February , however, both Šlágr channels lost their licenses, as bankruptcy was declared for the assets of the bankrupt television. As of August , , the Broadcasting Board revoked the license of the Klenot TV program because the program stopped broadcasting.



And just one day later, the license authorizing the operation of the Galerie program expired, the broadcast Chinese American Phone Number List of which the operator "interrupted" already in January , but never renewed it. in  was the ABC TV program. For this, the analysts of the media regulator focused on several days of monitoring ( the analysis is available here ). The content of the ABC TV recordings consisted exclusively of teleshopping blocks called Luxusstore, in which the presenters offered the viewers jewelry, cosmetics, household items, decorations and other additional goods.






Most of the Broadcasting Board's reservations were of a formal nature. For example, the law requires that the viewer can easily find information about the station operator, contacts and the supervisory authority on the website. But this was not on the Luxusstore website at the time of the inspection, but now it is.More serious in the eyes of the office was the offer of a cheap purple bracelet with beads for CZK , which the presenter compared with another product of the unnamed but easily identifiable Pandora brand.
