Salesforce Sales Cloud Advisor enables sales teams to create solutions for prospects and existing customers. This involves developing customized sales process solutions, as well as coordinating the entire sales cloud solution cycle.
Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Consultants perform all the duties of a Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant. The role also includes developing customized customer service and support solutions and coordinating the entire service cloud solution lifecycle.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultants support marketing operations managers and other key stakeholders in developing electronic direct mail (EDM) processes and marketing automation plans. They will also assist with the implementation of lead generation campaigns and manage advertising and quality control processes.
Salesforce Platform Developers develop customized Salesforce Platform solutions and support the development, deployment, and maintenance of critical applications. They will also prepare test data and plan and conduct module and application testing.
